COVID-19 INFORMATION
Given the health crisis situation that we are experiencing, El Pedrueco has taken legal measures against COVID-19, with the implementation of a Protocol recommended by the Ministry of Tourism and approved by Health; as well as other measures of interest, so that we guarantee, as far as possible, the safety of our guests and workers:
1.- The rental of accommodation will always be conditional on the authorization to open and use it under the conditions set by the Government.
2.- Our accommodation is for full rental, with 1, 2 or 3 rooms according to contract. You are assured that during your stay you will not live with any other clients.
It is for individual use and they only share the gardened outdoor areas, the parking and the pool with us, the owners.
3.- We have detailed information on nearby health centers and hospitals (with address, telephone number and opening hours).

Likewise, for your safety and ours, we ask you to frequently disinfect your hands, maintain social distance and use masks if appropriate.

5.- Check-in and check-out management
Mandatory guest entry management will be done by sending us, in advance of the entry date, the required information for guests over 16 years of age (Name, Surname, NIF, Date of Birth, Date of Issue and Contact Email). or, where appropriate, scanning documents with the requested data, to maintain social distance as much as possible.
Payments will preferably be made by transfer or POS (disinfection after each use).
The invoice will be sent to your email.
The keys to the accommodation will be disinfected at the exit-entry of each client
6.- El Pedrueco has an Anti Covid-19 cleaning protocol
The accommodation will be perfectly ventilated and disinfected, according to guidelines from the Ministry of Health, so that your stay is safe.
? Following Health instructions and in order to facilitate the sanitization of the accommodation, carpets, cushions, curtains and day bedspreads and various unnecessary and easily accessible decorative objects have been removed. If you need any items, please ask us.
? These guidelines include special attention to frequently contacted items such as TV controls, door handles, light switches, kitchen utensils and appliances, etc., the household items will be properly disinfected (washed at 60ºC).
? We provide clients with hydroalcoholic gel, kitchen paper and disposable napkins in order to minimize the risks of contagion, as well as gloves and surgical masks upon request.
? We have prepared our employees to avoid direct contact with the client and we have trained them on good practices to prevent contagion by covid19
? Specific cleaning and disinfection products advised by the Ministry of Health will be used.
? Due to the demands of exhaustive cleaning and ventilation, we have been forced to leave an additional 24 hours between each customer reservation, so that the disinfection and hygiene protocols have all the safety guarantees. Check-in times, starting at 6:00 p.m. and check-out times before 11:00 a.m., as well as your reservation dates, are maintained.
COVID-19 Cancellation
· In the event of a cancellation by El Pedrueco due to a legal provision or force majeure, El Pedrueco will make a full refund of the amount delivered as a reservation.
· If due to COVID-19, clients cannot attend on the reserved dates, they may be modified for other later dates, without penalty, maintaining the advance of the total reservation made and as long as there is availability for the new dates. For any modification of dates you must contact the accommodation to find out availability and for cancellations in order to provide us with the information for your refund.
They will have one year to enjoy it from the date they planned to enter the accommodation.
If this is not possible, a full refund will be made up to 15 days before the arrival date. Subsequently, there will be a charge of 5% of the total for cancellation costs.
The circumstances for the cancellation must be adequately proven.
In the event of any suspicious symptom or positive case of COVID-19, you should:
– Inform the Competent Authorities and the accommodation management.
– The house must be vacated on the dates agreed upon by all the guests of the group, if for health reasons of force majeure it is impossible, the clients must assume the economic damages that arise from not being able to have the accommodation for the next clients.
