RESERVATION CONDITIONS

  • BOOKING AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

     

    • The maximum capacity of the house is 6 people.

    • El Pedrueco is not responsible for any reservation that has not been confirmed in writing.

    • It is rented in its entirety, with 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms. according to reservation and contract. The overnight stay and/or stay of people not registered in the establishment is not permitted, except for hiring at the request of Events.

    • The hiring of facilities for Events and Meetings is an extra service and with express conditions according to the event and contract.

    • Entry time from 6:00 p.m.

    • Departure time before 11am (depending on availability, departures after lunch will have a surcharge).

    • Check weekly entry day in T Alta. Always consult for any change in schedule).

    .Shared outdoor areas

    • Animals will be admitted, upon request, on a leash in common areas and always in the company of the owners.

    • Clients will be responsible for any damage caused by them or their pets in the accommodation.

    • Linen change weekly or whenever the client wishes (Environmental Policy).

    • The use of towels from the accommodation outside and in the pool is not allowed.

    • El Pedrueco web payment method: 50% for reservation through online reservation or bank transfer. Rest upon signing of the contract. Or according to the conditions of the reservation website.

    • The stay will be charged in full, according to the nights contracted, nights will not be deducted if the client decides to postpone check-in or early departure.

    • The Client undertakes to report any irregularities or deficiencies that they may find in the accommodation always during their stay. El Pedrueco undertakes to resolve said problems in the shortest possible time.

    • The following responsibilities on the part of the accommodation are excluded: El Pedrueco is located in a rural environment with many advantages and some disadvantages, restricted telephony with fewer companies, less powerful Wi-Fi, occasional power cuts, water...

    Electricity and water supply cuts

    The breakage of any device in the accommodation must be reported immediately to notify the corresponding technical service, and non-immediate resolution of the same will not be a reason for compensation.

    The works of the administration or other companies outside the accommodation that are carried out in the vicinity

    Any type of major, natural or similar cause that may affect the enjoyment during the stay

    • Deposit €200 (fixed amount) to be returned within 7 days after departure and verification of accommodation.

    • Offers only apply to direct bookings with the house.

    • The Management reserves the right to enter the accommodation if necessary.

    • The accommodation must be left clean and with all furniture and belongings in the state in which they were found.

       

    CANCELLATION POLICY

    -Cancellation will be free of charge 24 hours after making the reservation and up to 30 days before the arrival date, the total amount paid as "reservation advance" will be refunded (50% of the total stay). 

    Between 30 and 15 days before the arrival date, the penalty will be 25% of the "reservation advance".

    Between 30 days and 7 days before the arrival date, the penalty will be 50% of the "reservation advance".

    Within 7 days prior to the check-in date, no amount of the “reservation advance” will be refunded.
